Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [Owner: legal name/entity] ("we," "us," or "Intiima") governing your use of the Intiima app across iOS and web. By creating an account or using Intiima, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Intiima has a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior. There are no exceptions.

Intiima lets you create content — including free-text "fantasies," logged moments, highlights, and nicknames — that is shared privately with your paired partner. You are solely responsible for the content you create, and by using Intiima you agree that you will not create, post, or transmit any content that:

• is illegal, or depicts or promotes illegal activity of any kind;
• sexualizes, depicts, or endangers minors in any way — this includes any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which we report to the authorities;
• is non-consensual, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or hateful, or that promotes violence or exploitation;
• is intended to harass, intimidate, or harm your partner or any other person;
• infringes anyone's rights or violates any law.

Reporting and blocking. Every piece of shared content can be reported from within the app, and you can block or unpair from another user at any time. Blocking immediately cuts off that user's ability to reach you or see your content.

Our action. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them within 24 hours. We may remove any content, and we may suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms — including any abusive user — without prior notice. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.

By creating an account, you accept these Terms, including this policy. There is no place on Intiima for objectionable content or abusive users.

Intiima is intended for adults and is rated 17+. You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the app. The app contains intimate and mature content and is not appropriate for minors. By using Intiima you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intiima is designed for two paired partners. Content you share is visible to the partner you pair with. Choose who you pair with carefully — pairing gives that person access to the content you share within your shared space. You can unpair or block your partner at any time.

In addition to the content rules above, you agree not to:

• use Intiima for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that don't belong to you;
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the security of the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or build a competing service from the app or its data;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or age.

Intiima is a private space for two consenting partners. The intimate content and cycle information you share is intended solely for you and the partner you pair with. You are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom. We are not a party to your relationship and are not responsible for how you or your partner use the content shared within the app.

Intiima's cycle calendar and phase estimates are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They are based on the data you enter and are estimates.

Intiima is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle and fertility estimates must NOT be used as a method of contraception or to prevent or achieve pregnancy.

Do not rely on Intiima for medical, contraceptive, or fertility decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions and before making any decision about your health.

Intiima is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any estimate or prediction it produces will be accurate. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intiima and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app — including any reliance on cycle estimates or any content shared between partners. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Because Intiima is offered free of charge in this version, no fees have been paid for the service.

You may stop using Intiima and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently purges your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in abusive or objectionable behavior. On termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Intiima after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Owner: jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Intiima will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
